Snides

LAND: Dreka

Snides are smarmy little creatures that roam the Valley of the Snides, named due to their proliferation in the area. Quick and crafty, they are thieves, sneaking up on adventurers and lightening their inventories for them before they know what’s happened. They are very quick, grabbing their newly-acquired treasures and retreating to their infamous caves to survey their loot. Legends are told of those caverns, that large amounts of treasure pilfered over the many Yar lie hidden deep inside the Stoufdan Mountains. Should an adventurer stumble upon some, they shouldn’t underestimate the snides that guard it. While known for fleeing versus being aggressive when confronted outside of their homes, they will defend their property if necessary when in their element.
